I had Liam as the activity instructor today and he was amazing with being accessible and allowing me to take part in the activity. I really enjoyed spending the session shooting arrows at the target. The Liam was pleasant and knew how to get the group to engage while catering in for my needs. There was no worry or qualmsAbout me being safe as I took part in the activity.

Overview:
I love anything Crafty and with this project I had decided to try a new decoration technique that I know about in theory and I love the effect of the scratching on the project. My only regret was that I wish I had used a darker base colour but I really like my bowl.

Overview:
I picked this activity only expecting to do a small portion of it but for me all I wanted to do was try and enjoy the activity. I had hoped to get through about a quarter of the course but With some perseverance and I managed to complete the course completely. That said though I had planned to do the course 2-3 times and I landed up doing it once and having to take lots of breaks on the solid platforms. I found this was a slow and steady activity not a speed through job.

I never expected to get very far with this activity but I managed to get about 2 inches up and then realised that my lack of mobility and sensation due to my prosthetic means I can’t do this and be safe let alone get my self down if I get stuck.
Activity 5 – Pool Party

The Pool Party was not what I expected!! It was a lot more relaxed with lots of floats, some games, and music. I really enjoyed my self at this and would definitely do this again. There’s lots of swimming, chilling, and just enjoying a nice environment with some pop music.
How much do I have left to spend?
Yesterday we spent £59.50 and today’s activities would have cost me £113 for 10 activities. I’ve enjoyed so many of the activities so far. I have done a good mix of craft and sporty types of activities. I did several Activites that I knew I might not be able to succeed in but the one I did manage and surprised me was the high rope course. I never expect to complete the course but am very pleased that I managed to complete the course.
